A year ago the question was which page ranks first in Google. Now a growing share of buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity directly: which developer in Batumi can be trusted, which agency builds real estate websites, what should a project site cost. The assistant answers with whatever it could read and understand.
We build websites so that they end up in that answer. This article is the checklist we use, demonstrated on the site you are reading.
AI reads differently than people
An AI crawler does not wait for JavaScript, does not admire animations and does not fill forms. It reads HTML, follows structure and prefers content that already has the shape of an answer. Three consequences:
- The page must arrive as finished HTML. Sites rendered entirely in the browser (most builder sites and many React apps) can reach AI crawlers as an empty shell. Everything we ship is server-rendered: the full text is in the response before any script runs.
- Structure beats decoration. Proper headings, lists, tables and schema.org markup tell the machine what each block means. Our pages carry Organization, Service, Article, FAQPage and Breadcrumb markup.
- Question-shaped content wins. Assistants assemble answers from pages that already answer. This is why every service page and article here ends with a real FAQ, marked up as FAQPage.

A machine-readable index of the site: who we are, what we do, where the cases and articles live. AI crawlers get the map without parsing every page.

exists as plain markdown at the same address with .md on the end.
For a language model that is the cleanest food possible: no layout,
just the content.
Open doors for AI crawlers
robots.txt explicitly allows GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot. Many sites block them by accident along with scrapers, then wonder why assistants never mention them.
One consistent entity
The same name, address, services and links across the site, the schema markup and the external profiles. Models merge information by entity; inconsistency splits you into two weak ones.
What it looks like in practice
Ask an assistant that browses the web about apartment selector UX or websites for developers in Georgia, and pages structured this way are what it can actually quote: the FAQ answers are liftable, the markdown mirrors are parseable, the entity is unambiguous.
Honest caveats. This discipline is young: measurement is harder than classic SEO, results take two to four months, and nobody controls what a model says. What you control is whether your site is readable, structured and worth citing. Most competitor sites are none of the three. That gap is the opportunity.
